Archer Sentinel — Engagement Terms

These Engagement Terms govern your purchase of and participation in the Archer Sentinel — 60-Day Managed Campaign ("the Campaign") provided by Archer Careers ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing payment for the Campaign, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to these terms.
1. Service Overview
Archer Careers provides a professionally managed job search service under the product name Archer Sentinel — 60-Day Campaign. A dedicated campaign manager orchestrates your entire job search: coordinating the sourcing team, deploying targeted applications with individually positioned materials, and managing the campaign from activation through completion.
Archer Careers is a human-led service. Every application is researched, positioned, and reviewed by a real person. The campaign manager serves as your single point of contact and orchestrator throughout the engagement.

- Duration: 60 calendar days from campaign activation
- Investment: $1,999.00 USD (one-time payment)
- Billing: Single payment at checkout. No recurring charges.
2. Scope of Services
The following services are included in the Archer Sentinel engagement:
Campaign Management
- Dedicated Campaign Manager — A single point of contact who orchestrates the sourcing team, manages campaign execution, and serves as your strategic partner throughout the 60-day engagement.
- Maximum Application Deployment — Strategically targeted applications deployed with individually positioned materials across your target landscape.
- Onyx Portal Access — Real-time campaign visibility including application velocity, a full log of every application submitted, and a communication hub for document approvals and campaign correspondence.
Strategy & Intelligence
- Market Mapping & Firm-Level Targeting — Identification of high-fit companies based on your target roles, industries, geography, and career trajectory.
- Application Positioning — Each application includes materials tailored to the specific company and role, highlighting your most relevant experience.
- Hiring Signal Intelligence — Monitoring of market signals including funding rounds, team expansions, leadership changes, and headcount gaps to identify opportunities before they are publicly posted.
Profile Optimization
- Resume Optimization — Strategic review and optimization of your resume for ATS compatibility, keyword alignment, and impact.
- LinkedIn Optimization — Comprehensive overhaul of your LinkedIn profile to align with target roles and maximize recruiter visibility.
- Compensation Benchmarking — Market rate research and role landscape analysis to ensure your search targets the appropriate level and compensation range.
Reporting & Visibility
- Internal Performance Reporting — The Archer team conducts ongoing internal performance analysis to optimize targeting, adjust strategy, and ensure campaign quality throughout the engagement.
- Onyx Portal — Application Visibility — Full transparency into application activity: what roles have been applied to, application velocity, and a communication hub for document approvals and campaign updates.
3. Campaign Workflow
The engagement follows a structured workflow from payment through campaign completion:
- Phase 1 — Onboarding: You complete the Job Search Brief, providing career goals, target roles, industries, geography preferences, and compensation expectations.
- Phase 2 — Career Blueprint: Archer develops a Career Blueprint — the strategic targeting framework for the campaign. You review and approve in the Onyx Portal.
- Phase 3 — Profile Optimization: Resume optimization and LinkedIn optimization are completed. You review and approve all documents in the Onyx Portal.
- Phase 4 — Campaign Activation: The campaign manager schedules a 20-minute Activation Call to confirm strategy, demonstrate the live portal view, and configure email forwarding. The campaign officially goes live at the conclusion of this call.
- Phase 5 — Active Campaign: Applications are deployed daily (Monday–Friday). The campaign manager monitors performance, adjusts targeting based on market signals and your feedback, and maintains ongoing communication through the Onyx Portal.
- Phase 6 — Campaign Completion: The campaign concludes at the end of the 60-day period or upon acceptance of a job offer, whichever comes first. A final campaign summary is provided.
4. Client Responsibilities
The success of the campaign depends on your active participation. By accepting these terms, you commit to the following:
Onboarding Completion
Complete the Job Search Brief, review and approve the Career Blueprint, review and approve the optimized resume, and review the LinkedIn optimization in a timely manner. The 60-day campaign clock begins at the Activation Call, not at payment. Delays in completing onboarding milestones delay campaign launch.
Dedicated Email Setup
Create a dedicated Gmail account for the job search prior to the Campaign Activation Call. Configure email forwarding to Archer Careers so the team can access verification codes and recruiter responses without delay.
Interview Availability
Be readily available for interviews, whether in-person, phone, or video. Respond to all employer communications within 24 hours. Responsiveness directly impacts campaign outcomes.
Professional Representation
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor for all interviews and interactions with potential employers.
Communication
Respond to campaign manager communications within 24 hours. Provide feedback on targeting adjustments, interview outcomes, and any changes to preferences or availability.
Campaign Alignment
Follow the agreed-upon campaign strategy. If you wish to deviate significantly from the approved Career Blueprint, the campaign manager should be consulted before changes are implemented.
5. Campaign Timeline & Completion
The campaign begins on the date of the completed Campaign Activation Call and runs for 60 calendar days. The campaign is considered complete upon the occurrence of any of the following, whichever comes first:
- Job Offer Accepted: You accept a job offer.
- 60-Day Expiry: The 60-day campaign period concludes.
Commitment to Results
Because applications are deployed through the final day of the 60-day campaign, responses from employers continue arriving after the campaign window closes. To account for this, Archer evaluates campaign performance at the 90-day mark — 30 days after the last application is sent — giving the full pipeline time to convert.
If at 90 days from campaign activation you have received fewer than 5 interviews, Archer Careers will extend the campaign at no additional cost. Extensions are typically two to four weeks and are designed to ensure you have a genuine opportunity to evaluate real options before the engagement concludes.
This guarantee is subject to your having fulfilled all responsibilities outlined in Section 4 throughout the engagement. Archer Careers may also work in good faith with you to extend the campaign in other circumstances where additional runway would meaningfully improve outcomes.
6. Investment
Archer Sentinel — 60-Day Campaign: $1,999.00 USD. One-time payment. No recurring charges. No salary commissions. No hidden fees.
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. The engagement fee covers all services outlined in Section 2 for the duration of the 60-day campaign. Archer Careers does not take a percentage of your salary upon placement.
7. Terms & Limitations
No Guarantee of Placement
Archer Careers provides managed job search services designed to maximize your exposure to relevant opportunities and optimize your positioning. Archer Careers does not guarantee specific outcomes including job placements, salary levels, or offer timelines. All campaign metrics referenced in marketing materials are based on historical client data and are not promises of future results.
Employment Barriers
Archer Careers cannot be held accountable for barriers to employment outside the scope of the campaign, including but not limited to: criminal background check results, visa or work authorization requirements, health conditions affecting the ability to perform job duties, lack of required qualifications or certifications, or employer-initiated drug screening policies.
Employer Timelines
Archer Careers does not control employer hiring timelines, interview scheduling, or decision-making processes. While the campaign is designed to generate interview activity within the 60-day window, response times from employers vary.
Right to Terminate
Archer Careers reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the responsibilities outlined in Section 4, demonstrate a pattern of non-responsiveness, or create an irreconcilable mismatch in expectations. In such cases, no refund will be issued for services already rendered.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the engagement. Archer Careers will not share your personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to execute the campaign (i.e., submitting applications to employers on your behalf).
Email Forwarding & Data Access
You voluntarily configure email forwarding from your dedicated job search Gmail account to Archer Careers for the purpose of accessing verification codes and monitoring recruiter responses. You may disable forwarding at any time. Archer Careers will only access forwarded emails for campaign-related purposes.
8. Acceptance
By completing payment for the Archer Sentinel — 60-Day Campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. You understand the scope of services provided, your responsibilities as a client, and the limitations of the engagement.
You are engaging Archer Careers for managed job search services under the Archer Sentinel — 60-Day Campaign at a total investment of $1,999.00 USD, payable as a one-time payment.
