Human-Led, Not Automated

Archer Careers is a fully managed job search service, not an auto-apply tool. Every application is researched, positioned, and reviewed by a real person. Your campaign manager is your single point of contact — they orchestrate the sourcing team, manage strategy, and communicate with you through the Onyx Portal throughout the engagement.

Tools like Scale.jobs or Simplify blast generic applications at volume. We do the opposite: surgical targeting of high-fit roles with individually positioned materials for each company.

The Six Phases of Your Campaign

Onboarding

Days 1–3

You complete the Job Search Brief: career goals, target roles, industries, geography, compensation expectations, and any deal-breakers. This is the foundation your campaign is built on.

Career Blueprint

Days 3–5

Your campaign manager develops a strategic targeting framework — the companies, functions, and levels your applications will target. You review and approve it in the Onyx Portal before anything else begins.

Profile Optimization

Days 5–10

Resume and LinkedIn optimization. Your materials are rewritten for ATS compatibility, keyword alignment, and role-specific positioning. You review and approve each document before it's used.

Campaign Activation

Day 10 (approx.)

A 20-minute activation call to confirm strategy, walk through the live portal, and configure email forwarding. The 60-day clock begins at the conclusion of this call — not at payment.

Active Campaign

Days 10–70

Applications deploy daily, Monday through Friday. Every application is researched, positioned, and reviewed by a real person. Your campaign manager monitors performance, adjusts targeting, and communicates through the Onyx Portal.

Campaign Completion

Day 70 + 30-day evaluation

The campaign concludes at 60 days or when you accept an offer, whichever comes first. Performance is evaluated at the 90-day mark so late-stage responses are counted. If you've received fewer than 5 interviews, we extend at no cost.

Full Visibility via the Onyx Portal

You’re never wondering what your campaign manager is doing. The Onyx Portal shows every application submitted, application velocity, and a communication hub for document approvals and campaign correspondence. If an application goes out, you see it.

90-Day Interview Guarantee

Because applications deploy through the final day of your 60-day campaign, we evaluate performance at the 90-day mark — 30 days after the last application is sent. If you’ve received fewer than 5 interviews by then, we extend the campaign at no additional cost. Typical extensions are two to four weeks.
